ENERGY AND COMMODITY LITIGATION Rich’s expertise in energy and commodity litigation covers energy commodity market manipulation, energy M&A disputes, and power purchase agreement disputes for clients such as PJM, national energy companies, and retail natural gas suppliers. He has also managed commercial and industrial contract disputes involving breaches of alternative retail electricity supply and retail natural gas supply agreements.
